We have a very much flexible cancellation policy. Once you are satisfied with your tour and the price. you need to pay some token advance amount to proceed booking and we will process the confirmation of services. However due to some unforeseen conditions if the tour gets cancelled cancellation charges, refund policy would be applicable as below 90 days before travel: Full refund 60 days before travel: 50 percent of tour 30 days before travel: 100 percent of tour

Trekking in the Himalayas is to walk along the villager trails around 2500 to 4500 m above sea level with lots of ups and downs with serene mountain views. Hence some previous experience of trekking at lower altitude would be better. Trekkers should be physically fit and mentally prepared.

To travel to most of the countries in Asia you need to get visa in advance, however some other countries like Nepal facilitates with upon arrival tourist visa. Kindly check the individual country immigration website for the specific detailed information. Before advise you to prepare yourself with original passport with minimum 6 months validity, couple of passport size photographs and visa fee (generally in USD cash)

Trekking in the Himalayas uses basic guest houses for accommodation and meals, with shared bath and basic room. You need to carry all your belongings (one day pack and a rucksack), separate duffel bag if you are using porter to carry your belongings. Our trekking packages generally includes guest house/lodge accommodation, simple meals, trekking guide and the necessary permits. Other things you need to pay directly unless you want us to include that too.

Trekking in the Himalayas would be comfortable and enjoyable if you have the necessary things with you at those remote places. Hence we advise you to prepare one day pack with mobile, charger, water bottle, sunglass, sun hat, some snacks, energy bars etc necessary during days. Another is rucksack bag/duffel bag necessary during the overnight stay including slippers, rain jacket, water proof comfortable shoe, shocks, towels, extra t-shirts, shorts, sleeve jackets and pants, trekking poles, high quality light weight sleeping (optional)

Almost every country in Asia requires visa to get in, unless both side countries have special agreements like India-Nepal (applicable for each other citizens only) Please contact individual countries for specific updated requirements and procedures.
